There’s so much to say about my experience with Vanessa, I hope I can capture it all.
Firstly, she is utterly amazing and takes pride in what she does. She only offers the HIGHEST quality pre loved bags. Anything you purchase from her will basically look brand new!
I sent her a pic of my dream bag. It was a limited edition and came out years ago so I didn’t think much would come from it.
Within a week, Vanessa found my dream bag in PRISTINE condition. We communicated throughout the process and I received my bag this week.
The preloved market can be a scary place with all of the scammers and sellers offering bags that aren’t authentic. She is truly a gem and her knowledge, professionalism and bag quality is hard to find. This is my second purchase from her and I’m sure there will be many many more.

The seller's professionalism & honesty in describing each item was remarkable, it's preowned luxury at it's best.
